Alice Avenue Permanent Supportive Housing
- Congregate living home that provides supportive services to adult females
- 30% of income towards rent
Family Haven Supportive Housing
- Six (6) apartment, partially furnished unit that provides permanent living to mentally ill female heads of household and their families
- Maximum of two (2) children under the age of eighteen (18)
- 30% of income towards rent

Home Plus
- Eligible candidates are anyone receiving services from CMI, low income, and over eighteen (18) with a mental health diagnosis
- Provides housing assistance to homeless people with disabilities for five years
- Participants are required to enter into a lease agreement which may range from one (1) month to twelve (12) months depending on their needs
Level 1 Housing
- LesChallas and Oriole Cove are modern, beautifully furnished homes in the Bartlett/Raleigh area for female consumers of CMI with a mental health diagnosis
- Each home houses eight (8) psychiatrically stable women ages 18 and over who receive TennCare, BlueCare, United Healthcare and SSI.
Peabody House
- Transitioning living facility for males and females ages 18 and up
- Medical referrals required
- 120-day (four month stay)
- Counties Served: Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Desoto, Marshall, Tate, Tunica, and Crittenden
Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)
- Rental subsidy program funded by HUD to assist CMI compliant clients with low income, pay their rent for two (2) years
- 30% of income towards rent
