Program Eligibility Requirements
Adult Safety Net
- Ages 18 or older
- Tennessee Resident
- US Citizen or Qualified Alien
- Mental Health Diagnosis
- Not in Long-Term Inpatient Facility or Nursing Home
- Not an inmate or incarcerated
- Ineligible for VA benefits, or TennCare
- A household income at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Lacking private health insurance which covers behavioral health benefits, or all behavioral health benefits have been exhausted for the year
