SOAR

Many people with disabilities who experience homelessness or are at risk of homelessness struggle to access the resources they need. Having income and health care benefits is often a critical first step on the Road to Recovery.

VOCA

Through the Victims of Crime Advocate Assistance Program
(VOCA), our experienced, Nationally Certified Victim Advocates
provide assistance to Elderly or Disabled women and men of
Memphis and Shelby County who have fallen victim to a crime.

BHSN for Children

The Behavioral Health Safety Net (BHSN) for Children provides essential outpatient mental health services to Tennesseans ages three to 17 who don’t have insurance coverage or lack full behavioral health coverage.  There are no limits on family income for eligibility.

BHSN for Adults

The Behavioral Health Safety Net (BHSN) for Adults provides essential outpatient mental health services to Tennesseans who lack insurance coverage. The BHSN for Adults is administered through contracts with Community Mental Health Agencies across the state. These services are community based, and inpatient care is not covered. 

Housing Programs

To prevent homelessness by providing quality and diversified housing to the mentally ill by offering stability in a safe, decent and affordable living environment.

Children and Youth

We provide outreach services to youth who are 18 years of age and younger, homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, presents Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or at risk of having a SED.

Baby Love

Our treatment program is designed to empower women to choose a drug-free lifestyle while acquiring the needed skills to become better mothers, productive individuals and responsible members of society. We offer Residential and Outpatient treatment services that are available to both mothers and expectant mothers over the age of 18 who are struggling with Substance Use and or Co-occurring disorders. (Medication management available is needed)
